No fix no fee conditions:

No fix no fee applies if the work is carried out by IT HelpLine.

If we can not complete the job then no fix no fee applies.

If we need additional parts and we do not have them with us, then we will schedule another visit to complete the job.

If we diagnose the fault and you decide not to go further with the repair, the labour up to that point is still chargeable.

If you cannot provide your original installation CDs, licenses or passwords then the labour up to that point is still chargeable.

Free call out conditions:

Free call out service applies only to our local area.

Our local area covers Gatwick area and the nearby villages.

Evening call outs in our area are free of charge.

For out of our area call outs small fees apply.

If you are not sure if you are in our local area please contact us.

Free recycling and disposal conditions:

We are doing our best to recycle and dispose every system but in some cases we are limited by size and weight.
